This is probably the easiest and most delicous recipe ever.. I eat this at least two times a week. Here we go..
bread ( I use without wheat)
basil (for garnish)
I like my bread toasted, so put it in a toaster and in a pan fry your eggs. Take a spoon to get out the avocado and spread it on your bread. Fry your eggs sunny side add salt, pepper and cumin for seasoning. Two leaves of basil for garnish on top and you have yourself the most delicious, filling, fueling breakfast.
