Who doesn’t get the ice cream fever in summer?! Even though I love all the good ice cream you can buy like magnum, ben and jerry’s etc. Last year I optioned for a healthier version and I am not kidding you, it tastes much better.
300 g frozen fruit
100 g greek yogurt or almond yogurt
agave syrup (optional)
Blend your frozen fruits in a mixer for a few seconds, add coconut flakes, greek yogurt or almond (if you don’t like dairy), cinnamon, agave syrup and mix carefully together. Your Icy dessert is ready to be eaten or put in a freezer for later. The agave syrup is only if the ice is not sweet enough, add one or two little drops and you should be fine. Enjoy!
