Jennifer Georghiou is a Fitness coach and blogger who teaches women to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. After years of jumping from one job to another, being stressed out, uninspired and feeling disconnected, she finally decided to make a change in her life. She learned to love herself, to workout, eat healthy, meditate and create a life that has passion,  purpose and meaning. Her Mission is to help women figure out how to create a healthy, fit lifestyle and incorporate that into their busy lifes, learning to love themselves with guidance, motivation and workouts. She now writes blogs, creates video content and inspires women to take care of themselves.

Ihre Mission ist es Frauen zu helfen, wie Sie einen gesunden, fitten Lebensstil für sich selbst kreieren können, selbst bei einem vollgepackten Tag. Sich selbst lieben zu lernen und das mit Anleitung, Motivation und Workouts. Sie schreibt Blogs, kreiert Video Material und inspiriert Frauen auf sich selbst acht zu geben.

I am my own success!

I started working out regularly when I was about 19 years old. I was unhappy with myself, felt out of control, tired and unmotivated. I always loved sports and being active, but I lost it for awhile somehow. I remember getting my first Zumba DVD dancing for almost 2 hours and being so excited about all the sweat that was running down my body. 😀 That was my first success, I never stopped since.

I had my highs and lows, around 21/22 years old, I felt yet again not myself and energized. I lost my confidence more and more. There were some personal issues but still I saw a picture of myself and I was shocked. I didn't recognize myself, there was not only no confidence but also no sparkle in my eyes there was nothing. I looked so unhappy and imbalanced not the person I remembered I used to be. I was working out all the time, but I was stressing myself so much and became so obsessed with working out and eating healthy, that it created imbalance. I didn't really love myself and I wanted to change everything on my body. When I saw this picture I knew I had to change not only my workouts and eating habits, but also take care of my mind and soul. So, I tried a lot of things, I figured out what worked and what didn't, I learned to eat in a balanced and healthy way and most importantly I learnt to love myself fully for who I AM.
I regained the excitement for fitness and health and realized how much I love it. The freeing, energized feeling after every workout kept me going an excited for every new workout. I am here to share my knowledge with you and help you to love yourself and take care of yourself. I am so excited to build a strong, beautiful and confident community of women who support, and inspire each other.
