Ice Fever?! Well, especially in summer I can’t go with a good cold cup of ice cream. I love of course all the good stuff like Magnum, Ben and Jerry’s BUT I found a much healthier and in my opinion more tasty variation.
300 g frozen fruits (your choice)
2 Tsb. coconut flakes
100 g almond or greek yogurt
dash of cinnamon
1 1/2 tsb. coconut sugar or some agave (optional)
Put the frozen fruits on a blender for a few seconds. Next add the coconut flakes, yogurt, cinnamon and coconut sugar and blend everything well together. If you want you can eat it right away or you put in a bowl and freeze it for later. This Ice Cream is sooo delicious, seriously the best I’ve had – Enjoy!
