Strong Abs

Start the new year with a strong core and defined abs. 

I have filmed for you a short but very effective abs workout, just follow along. Repeat the training 3 times with little 15 sec. breaks in between. Your abs will burn and they’ll get stronger each time. Helllloooo Sixpack! 🙂
